The program follows an unconventional approach that encourages girls to tinker and work with many new technologies at a very early age. On exploring their interest and eagerness further, the girls can employ technology to analyze challenges and come up with solutions during the time attending the Bootcamp. Moreover, the mentorship provided by the subject experts creates an enabling environment within schools to encourage girls to pursue careers in STEM.
